Eric P. Smith is a partner in the New Haven, Connecticut law firm of Lynch, Traub, Keefe & Errante, P.C. and has been associated with that law firm since 1995 when he graduated with honors from the Quinnipiac College School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut.

Mr. Smith was admitted to the bar of the State of Connecticut in 1995 and is also admitted in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
