Nicole Fournier Gelston is a partner in the New Haven Law Firm of Lynch, Traub, Keefe & Errante, P.C. Ms. Fournier Gelston received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Speech Pathology from Rhode Island College in 1994. She received her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. At Quinnipiac, she was a member and Case Note Editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review and her paper, entitled "Proposition 187, California's Substantial State Goal," was selected for publication. Ms. Fournier Gelston also received several academic awards in law school. Attorney Fournier Gelston is a member of the American, Connecticut and New Haven County Bar Associations. Attorney Fournier regularly practices in federal and state court in the areas of commercial litigation, civil litigation and criminal defense. Ms. Fournier Gelston has also argued a number of appeals in the Connecticut Appellate Supreme Courts.
