Timothy P. Pothin is a partner in the law firm of Lynch, Traub, Keefe & Errante, P.C. He is admitted to the bar in Connecticut and New York and has practiced law since 1985. Prior to joining the firm, he was associated with the law firm of Tyler, Cooper and Alcorn. He also has served as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County, New York and as a Deputy Assistant State's Attorney in New Haven County, Connecticut.

Mr. Pothin has been appointed to serve as an Arbitrator and as an Attorney Trial Referee in the Connecticut Superior Court and has served as a lecturer and panelist at seminars sponsored by bar associations and law schools. He is also a member of the executive committee of the Connecticut Bar Association, criminal justice section.

Mr. Pothin is an experienced trial lawyer who has tried dozens of civil and criminal cases in state and federal courts. His areas of practice include insurance defense, personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice.
