TRAIN ACCIDENTS:
If you or someone you know has been injured in a train accident, contact the lawyers at Lynch,Traub, Keefe & Errante for a free consultation. Our experience and proven track record will get you results.

We are currently investigating cases related to the prescription drug Azithromycin® (also sold as Zithromax, Zmax or Z-pak). This antibiotic, which is commonly prescribed to treat infections, can cause changes in the electrical activity of the heart. The FDA has issued a warning advising users that this drug can cause irregular heart activity and fatal heart rhythms. If you or someone you know has been injured by Azithromycin, please contact our law firm for a free consultation.

We are currently investigating and evaluating bleeding injuries associated with the use of Pradaxa®, an anti-clotting medication approved to prevent the formation of blood clots in patients with atrial fibrillation, an abnormal heartbeat. Pradaxa is a medication which, by thinning the blood, can reduce the risk of the formation of blood clots which can result in a stroke. Pradaxa, however, has no effective reversal agent and the danger for those taking Pradaxa is a potentially lethal and irreversible bleeding event.

If you or someone you know has been injured by Pradaxa, please contact our law firm for a free consultation.
