In accordance with Public Act 08-167, "An Act Concerning the Confidentiality of Social Security Numbers" Lynch, Traub, Keefe and Errante, P.C. safeguards all personal information from misuse by a third party and destroys all personal information on computer files and documents prior to disposal of the information. This practice includes protecting the confidentiality of, prohibiting unlawful disclosure of and limiting access to social security numbers. This practice includes personal information belonging to any person, including employees, clients and job applicants.
