Lawyer Referral

Our law firm receives many referrals from other attorneys and satisfied clients. Former clients appreciate our dedication, hard work, and ethical approach. Other attorneys send their clients to us because of our track record and our many years of experience. We represent clients from all over the country. We serve as local counsel for prominent firms located outside of Connecticut in high profile cases. These firms come to us to take advantage of our many years working in the state and federal courts in the state.

Serving as local counsel to other law firms and multinational corporations

We invite other attorneys, whether solo practitioners or in large firms, to contact us regarding any type of litigation. We serve as local counsel to multinational corporations whose in-house attorneys are not licensed to practice in the state of Connecticut. We appreciate these referrals, whether from other law firms or from businesses throughout the United States and beyond. Our clients include major firms and large corporations in New York, Washington, D.C., Boston, and from around the world.

Location

Our law firm's location in New Haven, Connecticut, allows us to serve cities such as Stamford, Hartford, Bridgeport, New London, and Waterbury. It also places us close to the headquarters of many national and multinational corporations in New York and in Fairfield County.

We invite former clients, legal colleagues in firms throughout the United States, and in-house counsel to contact us to learn how we can meet your legal needs.

TRAIN ACCIDENTS:
If you or someone you know has been injured in a train accident, contact the lawyers at Lynch,Traub, Keefe & Errante for a free consultation. Our experience and proven track record will get you results.

We are currently investigating cases related to the prescription drug Azithromycin® (also sold as Zithromax, Zmax or Z-pak). This antibiotic, which is commonly prescribed to treat infections, can cause changes in the electrical activity of the heart. The FDA has issued a warning advising users that this drug can cause irregular heart activity and fatal heart rhythms. If you or someone you know has been injured by Azithromycin, please contact our law firm for a free consultation.

We are currently investigating and evaluating bleeding injuries associated with the use of Pradaxa®, an anti-clotting medication approved to prevent the formation of blood clots in patients with atrial fibrillation, an abnormal heartbeat. Pradaxa is a medication which, by thinning the blood, can reduce the risk of the formation of blood clots which can result in a stroke. Pradaxa, however, has no effective reversal agent and the danger for those taking Pradaxa is a potentially lethal and irreversible bleeding event.

If you or someone you know has been injured by Pradaxa, please contact our law firm for a free consultation.
