Meet LTKE’s Newest Associate: Chloe Dysart, Esq.

We’re proud to welcome Chloe Dysart to the LTKE team as an associate attorney! Admitted to both the Connecticut and New York Bar, Chloe brings a dynamic blend of legal insight, advocacy experience, and community engagement to our practice.

A 2024 graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law, Chloe earned her Juris Doctor after completing her undergraduate studies at Portland State University, where she majored in Political Science and minored in Communications. She went on to clerk at the New Haven Superior Court, assisting judges with research, writing, and editing memorandums of decision.

During law school, Chloe was a standout leader—serving on the Moot Court Board, the Negotiation and Dispute Resolution team, and holding leadership roles with the Women’s Law Student Association, UConn’s National Lawyers Guild chapter, and the Connecticut Journal of International Law. Her commitment to justice extended to hands-on work in the Center for Child Advocacy and the Animal Law Clinic. As the 2023–2024 Roisman Fellow, she collaborated with attorneys at the Children’s Law Center to support vulnerable youth.

Outside the office, Chloe enjoys traveling, spin classes, and quality time with her two cats.
