195 Church Street Parking Instructions

Directions from Hartford to 100 Elm Street – New Haven:

Take I-91 South toward New Haven.
Stay on I-91 South for about 35 miles.
Take Exit 3 – Trumbull Street / Downtown New Haven.
Continue straight on Trumbull Street into downtown.
Turn left onto Temple Street.
Turn left onto Elm Street.
100 Elm Street / the Connecticut Financial Center garage entrance will be on your right.

Directions from Bridgeport to 100 Elm Street – New Haven:

Take I-95 North toward New Haven.
Take Exit 47 – Route 34 / Downtown New Haven.
Continue straight on Route 34 (Ella T. Grasso Blvd) toward downtown.
Turn right onto Church Street.
Turn right onto Elm Street.
Continue to 100 Elm Street. The Connecticut Financial Center parking garage entrance (80 Elm Street) will be on your right.

Directions from Old Saybrook to 100 Elm Street – New Haven:

Take I-95 South toward New Haven / New York.
Take Exit 47 – Route 34 / Downtown New Haven.
Continue straight on Route 34 (Ella T. Grasso Blvd) toward downtown.
Turn right onto Church Street.
Turn right onto Elm Street.
Continue to 100 Elm Street. The Connecticut Financial Center parking garage entrance (80 Elm Street) will be on your right.

Once inside the garage, please follow the signs for Tower Parking and proceed to Lane 2. Park in any available Tower-designated space.

Take the elevators to Base (195 Church) and exit to your right. In the basement garage, walk all the way to the right to the second set of elevators.

Take those elevators to the Lobby (L) and check in with security. From there, take the elevators to the 3rd floor.

Please note that visitors will now need to have their name provided by LTKE to front desk security ahead of time, and we are utilizing calendar invites as we have previously to confirm any appointments and provide any specific details for the visit/meeting coordinated.
