Chloe Dysart is an associate attorney at the law firm of LTKE. She is admitted to both the Connecticut and New York Bar. Chloe received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2024, and her Bachelor of Science in 2020 from Portland State University, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Communications. After law school Chloe completed a clerkship at the New Haven Superior Court. In this role she assisted Superior Court Judges with research, writing, and editing memorandums of decision.
Throughout law school, Chloe was involved with the Moot Court Board, the Negotiation and Dispute Resolution, and served in leadership roles for the Women’s Law Student Association, UConn Law’s National Lawyers Guild chapter, and the Connecticut Journal of International Law. Chloe also participated in clinics including UConn’s partnership with the Center for Child Advocacy, and the Animal Law Clinic. Additionally, Chloe was named the Roisman Fellow in 2023-2024, where she worked with attorneys at the Children’s Law Center.
In her spare time Chloe enjoys traveling, going to spin classes and spending time with her two cats.
