Garrett Denniston is a member of the firm’s litigation department. His practice involves the representation of individual, municipal, and corporate clients in civil litigation in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate level. Mr. Denniston is experienced at handling all stages of civil litigation and has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict on behalf of his clients. Mr. Denniston is also experienced at handling arbitrations and representing his clients before state agencies.
Mr. Denniston received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut in 2002 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut in 2005. Mr. Denniston was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 2005 and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut in 2011. Prior to joining Lynch, Traub, Keefe & Errante, Mr. Denniston was in private practice with a firm in Connecticut, specializing in civil litigation, employment law, and municipal law.
Mr. Denniston is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, New Haven County Bar Association, and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. He was previously a member of the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association and Milford Bar Association. He attended the 2007 CTLA Trial Academy.
